All Parking Charges can be paid within 28 days: at a discounted rate if paid within the first 14 days, and at the full rate if paid during the following 14 days. 

To pay a Parking Charge you will need to have your Parking Charge reference number and vehicle registration number to hand.

IMPORTANT: If your Parking Charge has been referred to a third-party Debt Recovery Agency, please follow the instructions provided in any correspondence received from them.

You can make payment using one of the following methods.

Making Payment Online 
You can make payment on your Parking Charge via our online payment portal at https://parkandcontrol.zatappeal.com/.

Making Payment by Post 
You can make payment on your Parking Charge by cheque. Please send your cheque to:
