The APCOA Connect payment platform offers multiple ways for you to make payment for your parking session. Please see below details of each payment service available on the APCOA Connect service.

APCOA Connect Mobile App - You are required to create an APCOA Connect account to make payment using the mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

APCOA Connect Website – Please visit https://www.apcoaconnect.com for full details on which locations allow payment to be made via APCOA Connect. To pay for your parking session using this service, please select 'buy parking'. You have the option to log into your APCOA Connect account via the website or you can make payment without logging into an account by selecting the “continue without registering” option on the login page.

APCOA Connect Automated Payment Line – Please call 01895 262122 to use this service. You are required to have the APCOA Connect location code, your vehicle registration number and payment card details to hand to use this service.

APCOA Connect SMS Payment Service – You can make payment by sending an SMS to 07860 006000 in the following format: 'Type the word "park" then insert the following information including the spaces - CVV ParkingCode LocationCode VRM'.
