All Parking Charges are issued with the right to appeal within 28 days of issuance. 

To appeal a Parking Charge, you will need to have your Parking Charge reference number and vehicle registration number to hand. Please ensure that you supply any supporting evidence with your appeal.

Timescales 
Park & Control will respond to appeals within 28 days of receipt. 

Please note: Our response will contain the outcome of your appeal, including your options if your appeal is unsuccessful.

You are welcome to appeal once directly to Park & Control. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you have two options available: you can pay the total amount due, or you can appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS) for an independent review.
